Help! Need recipe! :-)
Anyone have
kightp's (
klwalton's?) roasted ratatouille recipe or the link to that post? I can't find it, and I really wanna make it for eating while watching the Oscars (I'm also making meat pies -- don't you think that's a good match?).
Help?
[EDIT: It's possible I'm completely misremembering whose LJ I saw this in. No worries; I'll roast the veggies and see how it goes. Still, if you're out there and you know what I'm talking about, help a buddy out, huh? :-)]
[EDIT AGAIN: I'm gonna use this recipe, which I *think* is the source that the post used, if I remember right at all. At any rate, http://www.deliaonline.com/recipes/oven-roasted-ratatouille,986,RC.html ]
