Good stuff:

stonebender, even if I did manage to lock
myself out of his house
2) Lovelysogwife rescued me (see #1)
3) The Former Best Temp Job Ever is getting better and better as I get the
hang of the system
4)someotherguy has been just really amazing as I've been so
busy and tired
5) Got a manuscript I've been waiting on, so while that busy period I was
talking about is about to become REALLY busy, I'm happy to have
semi-steady contract (and quasi-contract) work. I think that by the end of
this year, I should be able to stop taking gigs outside the house and
still be able to make the money I need to make. This is *huge* to me. The
more I'm home, the happier I am.
6) Made spinach lasagna last night. Yumma. Assomeotherguy put
it, "It's a big pile of melted cheese -- how could it be bad?"
