Well, I almost went with coffee cake (because of that wicked tempter bettybaker), but I think my International No Diet Day delightment will be my first-ever batch of empanadas. I've been wanting them lately, and the funny thing is that I've never eaten them. We were thwarted in getting some at a local restaurant yesterday, so I've taken a friend's recommended recipe and made a shopping list. All for me, bwa ha ha! (Unless you wanna show up for dinner, of course.) If they turn out well, I'll make more to freeze and have later.
