Your eeeeeevil comment reminds me of going, years ago, to Beach Blanket Babylon in SF. That particular rendition had Glinda the good. She comes on stage in an absolutely huge pink fluffy witch dress, and asks Dorothy, "Are you a good witch, or a BAAAAAAAAAAAAD witch?" (complete with appropriate body movements to emphasize the baaaaaaaaad - she was a very large black woman).
