The recipe is titled, "spinach tofu wontons with dipping sauce". I'm really tired today (I think it's the humidity and temperature in the office), so I wanted something relatively simple. This looks pretty straightforward, although I've never made it before, so I suppose I'll know if I was right or not this evening.
