sereneA friend came on Messenger this morning just to make sure that a post she made didn't hurt or insult me. It didn't -- it wasn't about me, and wasn't, as far as I could tell, insulting in any way -- but I really appreciate that my friends look out for me in that way. I'm lucky.
The thyroid tumor is now hurting sometimes when I breathe deeply. Monday, I need to go and get my records from Kaiser and get them over to my doctor so he can look at them. I'd hate to have the painful biopsy again, and maybe he can figure out what to do next from the old one. I really need a job with health benefits. And I need to look into what kinds of things I can do to treat my thyroid well. (The tumor is benign as far as I know -- Kaiser said so, but my doctor wants to be extra-sure.)
Gonna get my house clean today, and do not much else. Anyone who wants to come drink tea/coffee and watch me work is welcome, and I'll likely do frequent online breaks, as well.
