Reminder: Craft night [Oakland, CA, USA]

This Monday evening, October 23rd, crafts and snacks at my place (North Oakland). 6-9pm, come if you can, stay late if you like. Hope to see you here! Bring any craft you want to work on; there will probably be a sewing machine for people to use, and there will be paintable ornaments and paints if you don't have anything you feel like bringing. Children are welcome, and will be expected to entertain themselves with crafts, or be entertained by the folks that brought them.

I am likely to be finishing up my crochet projects rather than beginning my first knitting project, because I forgot that the yarn store is closed on Sundays and Mondays, so I'll start that next time. Snack menu is likely to be random stuff from my cupboards, unless a check I'm expecting turns up on Monday, in which case we feast. ;-)

I was gonna try and come but unfortunately we have another inventory close this week and by the look of the pile of paperwork I had to leave on my desk Friday I won't be out of the office in time but hopefully next time!
