stonebender on Saturday was lovely, albeit filled with stinky movie badness -- but I even enjoyed trashing "Music & Lyrics" with him, and he ended up picking out the perfect housewarming gift for sogwife.
Today (yesterday by now),sogwife's housewarming/birthday party. Lovely people, easy cooking, and a real sense of family and cooperation. Oh, and a promise of fondue lessons from the_ogre -- though it will probably have to be next month some time.
Special thanks and loving admiration tosomeotherguy, who is more generous than I am, and who makes everything about my life easier and sweeter and sexier and loving-er. I've been a bit of a stress-puppy lately, and sogwife has, too, with her kitty sick. Our sweet man has just been a rock and a blessing. I honestly don't know what we would do without him.
