That's beautiful! And very cute. I don't eat twinkies anymore, ever since I bit into a totally moldy one (inside - surprise!), but they are certainly very decorative in this context.

But what's with the "groom's cake" thing? Can't the bride and groom have the same cake? Or two, if they want two? We have to have gendered cakes now? :)
