Poor Baby. When I wake up with a headache, I know I will have it most of the day. I very much hope that is not true for you.
One way (along with ibuprofen) that I would treat it was a very long, very hot shower. I would lay down in the tub, turn off the light and let the water beat down on me. I don't know if it was the white noise of the water or the steam (probably both), but after 45 minutes or more (1.5 hours was the longest)I would emerge in the state of "if I don't move my head suddenly it wouldn't hurt." The other treatment was go to bed with an ice pack on the area of pain, usually falling asleep.
