It's called Project Upstream, and it's basically evil. It hacks into people's AIM accounts, sends a message from them that is *apparently* from someone called [Something]Salmon (examples: TruncatedSalmon; HeadlessSalmon; LiterateSalmon). When the person messages back asking what's going on, the person who "sent" the message has no idea they've sent it, and they get all weirded out. And if anyone tries to say their own screenname, it comes through as the Salmon thing, and if anyone says the Salmon name, it apparently shuts down the connection.

Evil. So the nibling is utterly amused by it, of course, and is trying to hack the hacker.
