tiger_spot's muffins are excellent, as well. I like them much more than the same muffins with cinnamon, but since most people like cinnamon, I'm not recommending leaving it out unless you're making them for me. And if you're making them for me, I'll be right over.

(Advice from one who's been there: If people ask if they're low-fat, shield their eyes from the nutritional analysis, smile sweetly, and say, "How could anything with carrots and apples and cherries in it NOT be low-fat?" It's not exactly a lie, now, is it?)
