Quick notes

sereneOn a quick iced-tea break at work, because it's STINKING HOT in here!
Some good stuff and some not-so good this past week, but I'll tell you the good stuff, because the not-so-good stuff is dying down and I don't wanna dwell:
1) Guy's taking me to Fogcon! http://fogcon.org/
2) We're also gonna go see Harry Potter with the kid this weekend. She's so jazzed!
3) Work is good (except STINKING HOT); the wheels are turning for a reclassification (read: raise) for me, and the extra hours that were knocking me out are over
4) Gluten-free Thanksgiving was so great. Mostly peaceful, super-successful foodwise, and now on the real Thanksgiving Day, I get to eat Thai takeout and relax.
5) James is doing the dishes (yes, still; see #4). He's such a good house elf!
How are things with you? I have tomorrow off, and plan to spend a bunch of time catching up on your lives. Miss you!
