Big shopping and prep for big cook

sereneI'm soooooooooooooooooooo tired. Up early for no reason; bus to the rental car place; nice date with stonebender; nice BIG GIANT Costco trip with james_huber, during which we BOUGHT ALL THE THINGS; came home and unpacked all the things, then went with the kid and picked up wild_irises and went shopping for MORE things (produce, mostly); came back to my place and:
* chopped onions
* chopped carrots
* called out for pizza (duh)
* chopped scallions
* made boiled chicken and chicken stock
* cleaned and chopped tomatillos and serrano chiles
* sorted beans and put them on to soak
* started kimchi
Tomorrow, I have to return the car and cook all this stuff. Right now, I just want the chicken to cool so I can put it away and go to bed, soon, like now, like RIGHT NOW.
