Time, time, see what's become of me

One nice thing about time is that we all get the same amount of it. Therefore, I am going to quit whining about how little time I have, and spend some of it being happy that:

(a) I have the time at all
(b) No one in my life expects me to do more than I'm doing (some of them want more time with me, but they understand)
(c) Stuff that doesn't get done isn't going to stop the world from turning
(d) The extra stuff I'm doing is moving me toward a happier, less overbusy life

Life is good. Sometimes I get sidetracked by wishing things were different, but then sometimes I remember that my choices were made for a reason.

I been one poor correspondent...

...and I been too, too hard to find But it doesn't mean you ain't been on my mind.

I go through (postal/snail-)mail spurts. When I have work-avoidance time, when I have travel downtime, when I have work downtime. Sometimes I send tacky postcards. Sometimes I send actual letters on plain white paper. Sometimes I send art I make with white-out on cardstock.
