For those of you who have your tags listed down the side of your journal pages, how did you do that? I'm not having any luck in the FAQ, but I know it's gotta be something relatively easy.

Note-like thingies

1) About to make spinach-feta-caramelized-onion quiche for dinner.

2) I don't feel good, so while I was looking forward to seeing dryadgrl's kid tonight, I'm halfway glad he made other plans.

3) Since when is February strawberry season?

4) Seen on an ad for a way-high-tech automobile, photographed at the top of a mountain: "Civilization is overrated." Yeah, right.

5) Seen on an ad for Sofa King: "Our prices are Sofa King low."

6) I have a contract job due Monday morning, and I didn't work on it today because of not feeling well, so I am likely to work on it all day tomorrow. The great thing about being a contractor is choosing your own hours. The bad thing is sometimes you spend all day choosing not to work.

7) Caramelizing onions makes the house smell Sofa King good!

I love my friend porcinea's quiche recipe, but whenever I've made it,
it's been too moist for my (and my family's) tastes, so I've been
tweaking it over the years (I don't make it that often), and today I
got it just right for us. This recipe made two. I added the tomatoes
to one, and not the other, but both were really yummy. I used frozen
pie crusts, but of course make them from scratch if you want.

[Edit: I almost forgot the step where you drop the skillet full of
caramelized onions and spinach on the floor and it lands right-side-
up and you only lose a spinach leaf and a cube of onion.]
