Oscar party

Menu for the Oscar party includes kettle-popped popcorn, nachos, hot dogs
on one of those silly rotisserie things, and movie candy. You can
download a printable
ballot and vie for tacky prizes. You can sit and snark at the screen.
And this year we'll tape the broadcast, because I'll never forgive myself
for missing three seconds of Adam Duritz last year.

stonebender sent me a link to ice-sledge hockey and I was *fascinated* by it. Now I can't wait for the Paralympics to start! (And, really, I want me one of those sledges.)

Y'all should go to the calendar for the paralympics, especially if you liked curling in the Olympics, because they've got wheelchair curling, too!
