Mar. 24th, 2006 10:44 pmAbsolutely impossible for me to express how much better I feel in a clean (or cleanish) house. My house will never be as tidy as
loracs's , and you will never be able to eat off my floors, but when it reaches the state where I wouldn't mind if someone dropped by unannounced, I feel so peaceful and good. It's been that way for a few days now, and my stress level (at least when I'm not at work) has been nearly nil.
(I'm not blaming myself for the state of the hobbit hole for the last couple of months. Winter is hard, life has been stressful (but good), and sometimes a person just doesn't have the time and energy to keep up with things. I'm just happy that I have found the energy lately. And
someotherguy has ensured that even though I'm not energetic, the house hasn't gone completely to shit.)
And as sappy, syrupy, and Christ-centered as she can be, I'm really grateful for the FlyLady this week. Credit where credit's due.
