Lovely date withstonebender. I talked him out of buying an expensive gift for me, but then I turned right around and let him buy me cheap books. :-)
someotherguy played Way-Back DJ for me for the hour before I fell asleep. Good times, good times.

Got to putter around my house all day; loved it
Visit fromjwermont, which was lovely as always
Watched the first episode of the first series of the new Dr. Who. Very fun.
Halfway through The Deathly Hallows, and liking it
Sent off a query for a proofreading job
Crazy vegan hippy food -- even ifsomeotherguy wasn't in the mood for tofu and lentils and stuff, they really hit the spot for me
