Thanks. This dizziness thing is a chronic problem for me; very vexing. But I needed some rest anyway, so it may be a blessing.

Oh, by the way, I chose your photo as the first to crop and print, and my test print on plain paper is *gorgeous*. I'll make one on photo paper next; if you want, I can make you one and mail it to you.

Or a cruller. I had to patiently tell [livejournal.com profile] blackfyr that a cruller is not that weirdo donut with bumps in it. It's a long, twisted donut. Of course, they call those twists out here. *shrug* Go figure Westerners. ;)

I'm not much into donuts, and didn't know there was another name for the twists.

*purrr* Thank you, dear one. Feeling a lot better, but only just now getting motivated to do work stuff, and now my mom wants to take me on a little shopping trip, and try saying no to my mom when she wants to buy you stuff. I'll feel a little guilty for going shopping when I'm supposed to be home sick, but not a lot guilty. After all, I'm using up vacation time for this; might as well have a little fun. Um, or anyway, that's my story.

Philadelphia? Cool! I grew up in upstate PA, but I went to school (that is, college) in the Philadelphia area, and then lived there for years.

My aunt still lives in the house on Morris Street where we lived with her for a year. I liked it a lot, but there are a lot of bad family-related memories from that year.
