sereneLast night's dinner: Sweet cabbage leaves from the farmer's market, stuffed with the rest of the lasagna meat, brown rice, and parmesan, and baked with sweet tomato sauce (tomato sauce and sweet onions); baby-greens salad; two-day-old good french bread that would have been better fresh, but was still damn good with sweet butter.
Cute-poet-chick called me yesterday and we had a nice little talk. Miss her. Love her. Hope she's finding ways to be happy. She is an amazing and important woman. The Wicked Stepcat died just before Christmas, and I wish I could take away that sadness.
Have a ton of work to do, so I should get the hell off LJ. Have a delicious day, and if I don't see you before tomorrow, a happy new year.
