Haven't had much of an appetite in several hours (mild nausea, origin unknown), but right now I'm choking down a few crackers. With mascarpone. And homemade jelly.

God. It's so good.

Hope you're feeling better real soon. Years ago in a cooking class we were making tiramisu and the teacher said mascarpone was "one whip away from sweet creamy butter". Don't know if this is true but I agree it is great stuff with or without "wet cake"!
