A little-known provision of the No Child Left Behind Act gives the military access
to school records of students between the ages of the 16 and 18. And the military
has hired a direct marketing firm to build a database using that data for
recruitment purposes. Marketplace's Hillary Wicai has more.
Anyone have more info on this? I started googling for articles on it, and oy, I'm depressed now.
