Jul. 1st, 2005 01:31 amWorked both jobs today. Not as exhausted as I expected to be, but I will likely sleep in tomorrow (and by that I mean I will wait for my feet to stop pounding in pain and then I will sleep for as long as my hips will let me -- what a drag it is getting old, she sings in mock exasperation and did I mention I'm tired?) I am working full-time all weekend, so I expect to spend a lot of time being tired and/or sleeping.
My adorable spice (two of them, anyway) played chauffeur for me today so that I would be able to work 8-12 at UC Berkeley and still get to Ikea on time. I am learning to let people take care of me from time to time, and it feels kind of good.
Concerned about the Supreme Court; mildly sad about Luther Vandross; really grateful to my mom for fixing my computer. I would love to hear how y'all's day went. Anyone?
