I made what I guess I would call sandwich alla caprese tonight. Heirloom tomatoes and fresh thai basil, tossed with olive oil, salt, and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Layered onto ciabatta rolls with fresh mozzarella. Cheaper than eating out, even with the $3-a-pound cherries, and we felt wealthy. (We could have gotten buffalo mozz, and wanted to, but it was twice the price. We're finding that we are buying the best foodstuffs we can afford, and that makes us really happy, but there's no reason to go overboard. :-)
