dryadgrl and I are having big birthdays. So save September 17th -- we're gonna party hard (kid-friendly style) somewhere in or near Oakland. Details will follow, but mark your busy calendars now. :-) This is intended to be a Big Fun Shindig(tm), so the more the merrier, and now you have six weeks to plan your travel if you're coming from afar to worship us, the two Birthday Goddesses. ;-)
I will be 39.dryadgrl will be a lot younger than that, but she can tell how much if she wants. And let me just say that she has been so very sweet to me today, when I was having a really rough time. I appreciate the extra effort she took to check in on me. (Thanks, too, to lcohen for similar lovingkindness.)
