Hey, South Bay folks!
Jan. 4th, 2006 02:12 pm[once again, no Bay Area filter, so please skip this if you're not gonna be in my neighborhood on January 13th]
Wait -- is Palo Alto the South Bay? The Peninsula? Oh, whatever.
I'm featuring at a poetry reading at Art 21 in Palo Alto on Friday, January 13th, at 7:30pm. I will have new poems to read, as well as old ones, and an exerpt from my novel-in-progress, Lost and Found. Also, if you comment here in the next day or two, and you show up, I can promise you a poem inspired by you. Either way, hope to see you there!
The reading is at Art 21, 7:30pm, 539 Alma St. Palo Alto. It's at Alma and Hamilton, one block south of University, right next to the Caltrain station.
Also, if you plan to go from the East Bay and are willing to give a lift to
someotherguy and me, we will buy you a nice dinner beforehand.

Date: 2006-01-05 05:03 am (UTC)I am never entirely reliable when it comes to commitments to leave the house, but I'm about as likely to be there as I ever am to show up to any event. :-)
(I know you're kidding, but I can't restrain myself from geography geeking. Palo Alto's in Santa Clara County, so calling it South Bay is legit. You can get away with calling it the Peninsula, too, but I vote for South Bay, since that makes it sound closer to home for me. :-))
