A friend of mine posted about reading The Metamorphosis for the first time
for a lit class, and how it blew her away. It gave me such a rush of
nostalgia for my college days. Whew.

Blew her away? Goodness... I thought it was dreadful! (Then again, I was reading it in German, and German is not my favourite language, so that may have biassed me.)
