Please forgive me for just pasting this in from my Facebook status. It's all I have the oomph for right now:

[I] kicked the migraine's ass with aspirin, caffeine, and light avoidance. Saw the thyroid doc, who adjusted meds and looked in vain for any more cancer. Tired and spent, but much more peaceful today. Thanks, everyone!

Yeah, they didn't find any in my whole-body-scan in April, and she didn't see any on her ultrasound, but she's sending me to get a thorough ultrasound from the experts, and if *that's* clear, I can wait 6 months before my next look-see. Magic 8 Ball says "Signs are promising".
