My back isn't exactly out, but it's not exactly doing its job, either. It's ouchy, which makes things more effort, which makes me a bit cranky. Can't sit long, can't stand long, can't lie down much at all. In a little bit, I'll coax someotherguy out for a walk and see if that helps -- sometimes it does.
