I've changed my mind about merging my puzzles with others', because I'm enjoying it on my own, and in the collaboration that's more like "What did you get for that question" than "Here, fill in all the ones you got into mine", so I went back to the start.

Yeah--I'm not merging. I've peeked at other puzzles to get one clue at a time, but I'm having the most fun when I figure it out myself.

Right now I'm pretty stymied, and have not even managed to fill all the clues of the first puzzle, though I've made inroads into half a dozen others.

I'm really struggling with the school one just now - not sure if that's because I speak English rather than American, I've also not made any progress in the square above that one, other than to open it up with 'textbook'.

Ooh, I haven't gotten to the school one yet. I have eight squares visible on the mini-map, but none are school-related. :-)

Heh, I think you just gave me the school square. I've done a little on the one above it, but I came at it from its right-hand side. Have you got that one yet?

Sounds like you're heading in the oppsite direction to me - the school one is on the far left second from the bottom. I've not found anything baseball related yet - and I'll be stumped entirely when/if I do. Sorry.

I think it might help (if you want) to work on the main square and try to get the left side filled out. That opens up a lot. And I'll try to go in the directions you've covered, too. :-)

And while we're at it, do you know what connects "farmer" and "cowboy" on the main/farm square? (It's the word at the bottom.) I'm completely stumped.
