serene...but I can barely contain myself. The freedom and risk (in a good sense) and my big old to-do list for stuff I was gonna do when I was finally self-employed? That stuff is just rushing through my brain, making me a little dizzy.
Worked at Cal today for a while, and now this being-my-own-boss thing is really happening. I'm delighted and a little overwhelmed.
Tomorrow: Read through the new project manuscript; pull the dead stuff out of the garden plot; bake some bread; have lunch with an ex-student; bask in being my own boss.
