Yeah, I totally get that, and to be honest, I've a surprising level of [something]RE with my loves, enough that we still make people check their insulin supplies.
(It's done me good to recognize that for me, NRE is a drug, and I like it a LOT, but it's not actually essential to my happiness to go get some when I want it.)
