stonebender, with whom I'll reach the five-year mark in a few months.
That tiny little record is simply *eclipsed* by the longevity of his relationship withloracs, with whom he celebrates twenty-five years today.
You should see them together, if you haven't already. They're so married. They clearly adore each other. They tell their stories together in the cutest way, and they still make each other laugh and cry. They really truly miss each other on those rare occasions when they sleep apart, and they put themselves second to each other's needs on a regular basis*. When I was getting to be the shiny-new partner, I envied them their history, their stories, and their comfort.
May you live and love for decades still, you two. I love you both very much.
