mmm--this looks like it might produce something sort of like my mother's fried chicken. and my mom hasn't made fried chicken in so long that she kind of can't remember how she made fried chicken back in the day so that's pretty exciting!

(my dad doesn't eat chicken so she stopped making it when we all had left home, which puts it at about 1984.)
