We didn't have any RSVPs for sogwife's birthday party, and a friend of hers wants to do something for her on that day, so we're gonna cancel and have a family dinner out on another night. My apologies to anyone who had it on their calendars.
I had a previous engagement a silly game called BUNCO at a co workers house that day. I went last time we had a blast! Hope she has a GREAT B-day! Corned beef did sound yummy though.
I never RSVP for anything, because, as you know, I can't be counted on to be there.
Sometimes I hate that aspect of what I do. But I've gotten to the point where there *are* certain dates that are sacrosanct. Including the last 96 hour leave my son has before he's deployed to Iraq.
I *really* need a girls' night out soon. Some time soon after April 1. I'd really like you to be a part of it.
Oops, I didn't know you were expecting formal RSVP's. (Apologies if you put "RSVP REQUIRED" in the invitation - gotta improve my reading skills. :)) I could've sworn I told you I was planning to go, but maybe I only did so via telepathy. :) It's like when people are really stoned and they wonder: "Did I say that out loud, or just think it?" I did have it in my calendar, but I guess that didn't help you plan...
