According to this web page (http://www.irs.gov/irs/article/0,,id=180250,00.html) my $$$ should have been direct-deposited some weeks ago, but it still hasn't happened -- hopefully you have better luck in that regard.

Did you get a refund? If you owed, they send it by check, even if you paid electronically.

Actually, it did finally get direct-deposited on June 20, even though I had owed money.

Same with someotherguy, but I got a paper check, and we both owed. Weird. Also, they sent someotherguy a notice that got here on the 23rd or so, saying they were sending a check on the 20th. Then for some reason, he was checking his bank balance and saw that they had deposited the money on the 20th.

After I bought it, I saw that it got LOTS of bad reviews on woot, but it's still about three times the camera I'm using now (an old Mavica that uses *floppy disks* for storage, for heaven's sake).

I thought so. That included shipping, too. It had some pretty bad reviews, but I shudder to think how bad it would actually have to be not to be worth eighty bucks. It'll be my first new camera. Oh, and here's a picture:
