Already having trouble keeping up with my friendslist. Today was good, though. Phone interview with Cal, who want me back part-time with benefits. Lonnnnnng and productive trip to Costco, during which I was the worst kind of enabler. Nice shorrrrrrrt visit with stonebender, during which I stared into space a lot. Dinner with stonebender and loracs, who made me a yummy hangerbur (how my nephew used to say "hamburger") the size of my head. And now home to rest a little and then watch some Heroes with bastette_joyce. Um, and then bed. For a good long time. Well, okay, not too long.

Anyone who wants to help with burritos tomorrow, prep starts at my place at 8; serving starts at the park across the street from my place at noon.

You do you filters to help keep up with your friendslist, right? It's the only safe alternative to defriending people you friended in a wild crazy mood. (Understanding that "friending" as a verb is used in a very lj-specific sense here.)

I'm sorry I can't help you hand out burritos to the neighborhood this morning, but I love you for doing it, and have fantasized about helping you do it. Perhaps I'll get to help out with this someday.

Yep, I use filters, but I also delist people fairly frequently. I used to avoid it to avoid drama that I saw on other journals, but then I decided to believe my friends are grown-ups, and it's worked out fine.

No problem on the burrito thing. Some month we'll drag you out here. :-)
