Oh, you're going to love it! I loved mine, and used it a *lot*, but do most shredding in the food processor and slicing with a good sharp knife these days. So I gave it away.

I don't have a food processor, or the counter space for one, so I've been wanting something to shred with for a while. I can't seem to get the hang of the mandoline you gave me, and some days, my joints aren't up to an extended session with the hand grater, so I thought I'd give this a try. Sure couldn't beat the price!
