01) Are you currently in a serious relationship? Lots of them. Two of them are romantic relationships: stonebender and someotherguy. Several of them are familial or chosen-familial, and a great number of them are friendships.
02) What was your dream growing up? Being a famous singer
03) What talent do you wish you had? I wish I could talk Presidents and other world leaders into ending all wars. Hey, we're wishful thinking here, okay?



04) If I bought you a drink what would it be? Surprise me, but fair warning: I've never met a drink with alcohol in it that I actually liked.
05) Favorite vegetable? Depends on my mood, but artichokes are right up there, as are onions. Oh, and asparagus. And beets, especially fresh roasted. And...

06) What was the last book you read? I'm in the middle of Vanishing Point right now, and I think the one before that was... Oh, yes, it was Faye Kellerman's mediocre The Burned House
07) What zodiac sign are you? This is a dumb question and I've decided never to answer it again.
08) Any Tattoos and/or Piercings? Essentially, no. Technically, somewhere between 0 and 5 in my earlobes, but I haven't checked them for existence/viability in a realllllly long time.
10) If you saw me walking down the street would you offer me a ride? That'd be kind of silly, since I'd either be walking or on the bus! But I'd be so happy to walk *with* you.
11) What is your favorite sport? Baseball. I love watching the game (though I don't follow it, if you get the distinction), and I adore baseball movies.
12) Do you have a Pessimistic or Optimistic attitude? I am essentially an optimist. I have a fair streak of cynicism in me, but basically, at my core, I think things will work out.
13) What would you do if you were stuck in an elevator with me? Chatter with you until someone rescued us or we fell asleep. (Also, probably do the things one does: try the emergency phone; use my cellphone to let people know we were stuck; rummage in my purse for snacks...)
14) Worst thing to ever happen to you? I'd rather not say.
15) Tell me one weird fact about you. I am the hardest working lazy person I know.
16) Do you have any pets? No, and I'm glad of it.
17) What if I showed up at your house unexpectedly? I'd be giddy with joy.

19) Do you think clowns are cute or scary? Neither, but I was terrified of them when I was little.

22) What color eyes do you have? Lightish brown -- someotherguy said they were the color of root beer (and they're exactly the color of his eyes)

26) What's a language that you don't speak, but really like the sound of? Russian.

29) Favorite thing to do in your spare time? Have sex, cook, read, play online, fiddle with my new project.
30) Do you swear a lot? Oh my yes.
31) Biggest pet peeve? Right now? People who tell me that it's clear there's a god because *their* son didn't die in Iraq. Yes, this really happened to me today.
32) In one word, how would you describe yourself? Well-meaning.
33) Do you believe/appreciate romance? A whole hell of a lot, yes, but my idea of romance is not exactly the standard Disney version.
34) Favourite and least favourite food? Faves: Thai food, sushi, soup, veggies; Least favorite: Brussels sprouts; things with lots of cinnamon or cumin in them; most smoky foods; anything that mixes fruit with chocolate; anything that mixes hazelnuts with chocolate.
35) Do you believe in God? Nope, not even a little bit.
