This is fabulous. My younger son's right hand is contracted downward at a 90-degree angle at the wrist, and his left hand is contracted outward. He has limited range of motion in his shoulders; he cannot lift his forearms any further than about a 90-degree bend at his elbows. And HE can use a computer just fine.
