• Not sure if I'll have 'net access this coming week. I leave tomorrow for mom's, and return a week later. (Yeah, I just got back from mom's last night, but that's the way it goes.)
  
  
• Poor someotherguy. I'm crying at the drop of a hat today, and he can't even gently tease me without my having to check and make sure he's not being mean to me, even though I *KNOW* he's not. Clearly, I am stretched thin. I'm hoping a week of just hanging out with my mom and puttering around her house will reduce some of this stress.
  
  
• But of course, there's some stress inherent in just being in her home. The mess, the frenetic teenager, the being away from my home... Still, I think it'll be easier than this past weekend, when I was back and forth to the hospital multiple times a day, and trying to spend enough time with everyone at the same time.
  
  
• If I owe you booksale stuff, please forgive my lateness. I will be sure to get it out to you by the end of next week.
  
  
• We bought someotherguy's brother a Rock-em-Sock-em Robots game for his birthday. He was *thrilled*, and his kids totally grooved on it. And he gave us potato guns! That work! (Not the kind that shoot whole potatoes. The kind that shoot little pellets of potato really far.)
  
  
• Still really love my job. Especially grooving this week on how much easier it is to make a living when there's paid vacation time in the mix.
  
  
• Alison Bechdel is going to be doing a reading where I work in early November. If you're interested in going with us, let me know and I'll either email or post the details (I'm too toasted to look them up just now).
  
  
• someotherguy made yummy spaghetti with sausage and onions. Yay for boyfriends (both of them) who never make you cook if you don't wanna.

Sorry about all the stress, but I'm glad you always have so many great things going on as well.
