more welcome home-ing

Wow, it's so nice to work someplace where I'm appreciated. Walked in and
the boss hugged me (not my favorite thing, but still, sweet); during the
morning, everyone including the director of the program (my grand-boss)
has come by to welcome me back, ask after my mom, and offer any help I
need.

When I needed a week off to go be with my mother, they didn't blink. I
LOVE my job.
