Without giving too much TMI, I'll just say that Mom just called and
something happened to make us think she might not need the surgery after
all. Oh, man. Not a sure thing, but wow, that would be great.

Also, we may have lucked into some household help for mom that mom will
actually accept. More about that later. Right now, I want to clean up my
desk and go home and cook.
