Well, I did it, and it's even still the 15th, so I'm not even fudging. :-)
The website is up, complete with a 20%-off deal if you subscribe before January 15th. (If you've visited the old site, you'll want to refresh; everything's different. Thanks to
someotherguy for the basic template.)
The website needs a LOT of work, but it is my first PHP project, and I'll be fiddling with it a ton between now and press time, so be gentle with me. :-)
Yay! *bounce*

Date: 2008-11-16 03:38 pm (UTC)The PayPal button numbers don't match the prices shown on the web-page, though (single is $4 on button, $5 on page). Might want to update that...

Date: 2008-11-16 03:45 pm (UTC)It's a print mag. Not going to be available online except as archives after the fact. And the e-version is offered to those who need the accessibility of it, but there's no price break, and those people are welcome to have a print copy to give away.

Date: 2008-11-16 05:56 pm (UTC)But I was bothered by the surprise $7 shipping and handling tagged on mid-transaction. The total price should just be posted earlier on. I don't think anyone expects S&H for a magazine.

Date: 2008-11-17 04:10 am (UTC)(I think the site is hopelessly plain and boring, but it should get better as people with actual visual sense help me with it, and once we have art to post. I'm wayyyyy too non-visual and linear to manage anything but the written content, at this point, and luckily, it's not an e-zine. :-)
