Well, a kindergartener could have made a better gingerbread Tardis. Still, it's just about done. REALLY really amateurishly done, but hey, we're genuine amateurs. :-)
Hee! It's missing the gumdrop light on top, but maybe I'll get around to photographing it tonight. The kid seemed to really love it, while simultaneously having fun teasing us about it.
I bet she will remember it. I still remember when my room mate at the time like 20 years ago tried to make her first ginger bread house. The first one she didn't realize the pattern was to be cut out then turned over to cut the other half. Of course it ended up being just half a house*giggles*. Then she tried doing it the RIGHT way but we didn't actually have a rolling pin so she used a glass but it was not a straight one so some of the dough was thinner that the rest. She got it baked and put together. But soon after all the candy was put on the roof caved in she was Livid! I just couldn't stop laughing!
