Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] clairaide, I now have a "Plastic Jesus" earworm. Thanks!

Some days, the inertia comes upon me in such an odd joyful way. Kind of like, "Life is perfect in this moment, here and now, so why would I want to expend any energy to make it better/different?" I'm not sure that makes any sense, but I'm enjoying it. Lucky for me my job doesn't require any effort of any sort. I think I shall spend the next few hours (it's 7am now, and my next mail run is at 10) updating my home page, which is just a paragraph or two of text at the moment. Some days I don't even know why I have a website at all. Other days, I want my own sereneisthegreatest.com domain, with pictures and dancing .gifs and a hit-counter in the millions.

Happy-inertia is good, sometimes. I think it's occasionally called contentment. :)

I now have a "Plastic Jesus" earworm, too.
