Time for another desperate attempt to get the magazine inbox cleared out. Right now, we're at 316. I'm hoping that if I focus on JUST submission emails for today (rather than taking the time to answer contributors, process orders, etc.), I can get that down to in the neighborhood of 100. I may need a ton of tea with honey and lemon in order to come even close to this.

This makes me grin a huge grin. How are the subs? And are you using any slushmasters?

:-) The subs are evidence for Sturgeon's Law, but I've already filled Summer and Fall, and part of Winter with really good stuff, so I'm not complaining. stonebender first-reads a dozen or so a week, which really does help, but otherwise, I'm just slogging through. Fortunately, I really really enjoy doing it.
