I've seen it in various forms, but here's the one that happened to be on my friends page today:

Number of people on my lj friends list: 101
...minus communities, sock puppets, etc.: 92
...on my friend of list: 69
...whom I've met in person: 9
...whom I've met in person more than once: 4, I think
...whose house I've been to: 4
...who have been to my house: 1
...whose precise geographic location I know offhand: Well, not too precise, but I know cities on lots, and street addresses on a dozen or so
...whose full names I know offhand: defining full as "first last" not "first middle last", 46
...whom I've followed/been in touch with for more than 3 years: Oh, gosh, that would take too long to figure and now I have to go do some work.

...on my friend of list: if i read this right, it's the number of people who are on my lj friends list
who are also on my friends of list, correct? 27
...whom I've met in person: 5, but it feels like it should be much higher
...whom I've met in person more than once: depends on how you count more than once ;-).
of the 5, two were at events that lasted multiple days so i saw them
more than one time over those days but not at any subsequent
events.
...whose house I've been to: 1, but it should be 2 :-(

...whose precise geographic location I know offhand: i can give cities for almost all of them

met in person more than once: 13 (assuming a few meetings over one weekend counts as once)

who've been to my house: 3
whose precise geographic location I know offhand: 23 (where precise means I know what city they live in)
whose full names I know offhand: 26
who I've been in touch with for more than 3 years: 13, I think.
