(Posting this 'cause the author asked. She's also having a contest in which posting this can win you a free copy of the book, but I'm not entering the contest.)

Check out the trailer for Feed & Deadline.

I'm one of those people who has been waiting to read the first one until the second one was available. It's available! (And Feed is third in my to-read pile, but not because it's less exciting. Just the other two belong to other people so I wanted to finish 'em. Un Lun Dun was excellent, by the way.)

You might want to wait to read any of them til the third one is out. I felt like the first one ended with things being pretty well wrapped up, no real dangling plot lines. The second one tho, definitely ends with hooks for the third book.

I finished Feed last night and I can't stop thinking about it. Wow. That was an amazing book. Review coming in a week or so, probably, but in the meantime I'm already telling my friends to go buy it. That was way, way better than I was expecting from the fact that I usually don't like books in the marketing category into which it seems to be put. Also, it's a book, in part, about blogging and computers that didn't make me want to strangle anyone for inaccuracies and not getting it, which is such a lovely change.

Feed has a pretty solid ending; Deadline apparently ends on a full-blown cliffhanger. So you may want to either also wait for the third or read the first and stop for now.
